1 How do I download and install the app?
Go to the Download section on the homepage and pick the build for your OS (Windows / macOS). Run the installer and follow the prompts. The Classic and Upgraded editions can be installed side by side.
2 How do I start my first download?
Copy the video page link, open the app, click New Task and paste it. Pick the quality and format, then start. Batch links are supported.
3 What does the browser extension do?
With the extension installed, you can send the current video to the app in one click — no link copying. Chrome, Edge and other major browsers are supported.
4 How do I get a membership?
Open the Membership page from the top navigation and choose a plan (annual VIP / permanent SVIP) to unlock higher quality and faster downloads.
